wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
Perfect location just minutes from main attractions. Our superior room was spacious and had a minibar, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with quality toiletries. Loved the breakfast buffet with fresh pastries and delicious juices. The spa facilities were a nice touch, especially the sauna and steam room where I relaxed after wandering around Bruges.

Request a room away from the interconnecting doors for a quieter experience. The canal views are best enjoyed from the lounge areas.

Cozy and well-appointed room.
During our stay, we faced some challenges. There was a long queue during check-out that took nearly 30 minutes, causing us to leave later than we planned. Additionally, we were promised spa facilities that weren’t available until after we checked out, which was quite disappointing. It felt like we missed out on a relaxing experience that we were looking forward to.

We found this hotel to be an exceptional find! The family room was spacious, offering a king bed and sofa bed, perfect for our stay with my son. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging a taxi for us when we got soaked in the rain.
In my wife’s opinion, more child-friendly activities would make it even better.

Had a lovely time enjoying the sauna and hammam during my three-night stay. The room was fantastic with a great view, and the comfy bed made it hard to get up in the morning! Just a minor hiccup with the room not being cleaned one day, but overall, I highly recommend checking out this place. 👍
